Low Environmental Impact

We support the local economy by working with residents of the communities we visit, such as such as Nicole, the only female guide in Lima and our dear fisherman Javier, who knows the best bird spots on the islands perfectly, and also with high-quality local restaurants owned by traditional Peruvian families, as well as our dedicated professional drivers, Daniel and Miguel, who support their families with their work, making us feel like part of a small family

Avitour provides advice to people in the rescue and care of endangered urban birds and offers low cost urban walks for local neighboors. We also collaborate with  
municipalities in the development of urban bird guides and proyects. We have participated in some TV episodes educating about the conservation and the threats wild birds face.
